Something blew (Fuse/relay)out when trying to start on cold day

2005 CC Inspire
Progression of what happened.
Cold out
went to start coach, had not been started in 3 months.
cranked it over .... rolled twice and then nothing.... obvious battery was dead
engage batter boost switch
pushed battery boost switch for about 20 seconds
turned key while holding battery boost switch and heard a POP under the steering wheel/driver side of coach.
checking 12v front run board all fuses are good but it appears NO POWER to the entire fuse block
tried to reset 200amp relay behind rear wheel on passenger side (pushed all relay buttons) with no results
Appears whatever is fused to the block itself has blown....but where is it???
As you can imagine if you have any ideas they are truly welcome...
Thank you,

Maybe it blew the big 300 amp fuse at the top of the battery compartment?
