1991 Concept Instrument Panel Lights replacement

I am wondering if anyone knows where to purchase replacement light bulbs for the older Country Coaches in the instrument panel.  They are rectangular and appear to be made by Leecraft 125V 1/3 w 4700.  They seem to be adhered to the bottom of the panel and shine through if that makes sense.  There are a lot of them that mount next to toggle switches for Jake brake, lights, mirrors, cruise control etc.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated,

You my have to change out the connector and replace them with leds
