Almost new owners ‘04 Intrigue Suite Sensation 505

Hello everyone!  We are in the process of buying the above referenced CC. We are super excited and ready to take on the RV lifestyle with our 2 kids.  They are super involved in sports, so this will take across the country for tournaments and what not.

So, first post and we are looking for any advice you have for us!  We know the fan in the kitchen has a broken control under the counter. The dash AC on the driver side is intermittent. That’s all we know so far Berger the inspection on Monday.
