Pre purchase inspection

Hello all,
Currently looking at a 2006 INSPIRE+360+GENOA+400, it's located in Chino CA.  I have viewed it and am very interested in it but feel a professional inspection would be advisable.  One owner, 50K miles, 8K Gen 130 hours, does not have the diesel fuel heater/water heater, C-9 CAT engine.  Definitely needing new tires due to date codes.  Please let me know if you know of someone in the Chino/San Bernardino  So Cal area.
