Replace fabric sofa with Desk

Hello,

We are new to this forum.  We purchased a 2007 Country Coach Allure Siskiyou Summit with 10,000 miles and looking to replace the fabric sofa with a euro chair and desk.  I have 2 questions I am hoping someone may be able to offer up some advice.

1.  The interior wood is a light cherry.  I have seen CC models that have a corner unit desk and euro chair.  I can’t seem to find anything comparable to replace the fabric sofa.  Does anyone know of an online site where to look?

2.  We pick up the CC on Wednesday and the sales manager said if we swap out the sofa we should keep it somewhere because of resale, that people looking for CC’s want the original furniture.  We are keeping the second leather sofa bed in the rig and it comes with a booth dinette, but I don’t want to hog up the dinette for my desk. I would like some insight on this and whether it matters keeping the original furniture?
