Well as it sounds like we'll continue elsewhere, I want to thank the collective current and former members here - for all of their help and kind info sharing over the years. My first post for help, and the warm and thorough response by former fellow Allure owner Don Seager - was representative of the way this group of owner's helps each other.
I've got to say this closing of Groups by Yahoo is not a surprise. A squandered opportunity, as they had an early foundation that they could have done so much more with. But I will thank Yahoo too.
This is just another sign of the change. And we all know that change is our friend... But I will share that I'm a little disgusted to find out that Beta is not going to make a come back. But I've adapted. Yep - into a new higher resolution video play tech that I'm positive will be around for decades - Laserdisc's.
I do bounce between Facebook, and IRV2's Owner Group. Find the search features on IRV2 helpful when researching areas. That being said, I'll stay as long as CC Yahoo Group is up, and tag along for the future ride...
