Headlight replacements are available on Ebay. Search Country Coach and scroll down until you reach headlights I think they are 350.00 for a set including the cornering light. I have not replaced mine but did retrofit HID bulbs into the existing lens after polishing out most, (some)?, of the scratches. The kit I used has an electro-magnetic solenoid to switch the single plasma bulb from low to high beam by physically repositioning the bulb. they are sold with only one power unit for both bulbs so I purchased an additional power unit to eliminate wiring runs from the single unit to both headlights, The additional cost is minimal. I found that I had to adjust my headlight aim and modify the aiming mechanism but I had repeatedly attempted to improve the headlight function by re-aiming and damaged the adjusters prior to installing the HID units. Bottom line is I have acceptable performing headlights, still not as good as I would like but I can see to drive on our dark roads and I am not having oncoming drivers "flash " me. I believe that you would be happy with the 5000k temperature (color). I feel that installing HID's in existing headlight assemblies delivers about 30% more light and retains the high-low function. My cost (Ebay) was less than $100.00 total and I have been running them for the last 14000 miles with significant night time use. Hid use has not caused any further deterioration to the Ford plastic units. I am happy with the modification.

I found my headlights on eBay for a 1996 Affinity $33 for the set of right and left side, lens and housing complete with lens adjustment. Some are charging $75 for one side.

Most headlight assy. are not made special for Country Coach, They are the same as ones used in some trucks. If you look on the assy. you will see a part number that you can used to find out who made the assy. and what it was used in.
