Accuride drawer glides

I had some drawers quit staying shut. I contacted Accuride about buying some replacement clips that hold the drawers shut. They sent them out for no charge. Just thought I would post about this company's excellent customer service.

I'm in the same process that you are inquiring about....here is what I got from them.

Thank you for contacting Accuride technical support.
Unfortunately there is no model number stamped on the slide, just a date code but unfortunately it will not help us identify the slide, could you please send us a couple of digital photos of the slide in comment by e-mail, this will allow us identify the slide and help you.

After taking out the drawer and changing the gray stops...
I discovered that the little black bars that you push to take the drawer out are not locking in place and allowing the drawer to slowly creep out. If I pull the drawer normally, it will completely come off the roller.

Dave & Roger, I found that the Accuride Slides didn't clasp the plastic Spring Closing mechanism well into the Slide itself so I purchased KV (Knape and Vogt) Drawer Slides.
They fit in the same space as the Accuride. The Model is 8417-20, the 20" is the length, they are full extension, Self Closing, 100 lb load, they are available in many different lengths.
They may be found under Model 8400RV. Contact www.cabinetparts.com 954-428-3800 or 800-857-8721 the 20" per pair are $17.40, very smooth and the Self Closing is much better the Accuride.

I sent Accuride pictures of our draw slides and got an e-mail asking how many do you need. I was asking for the gray catch that holds the drawer in when traveling.
