Updated the fresh water hose

Greetings:

I wanted to update and automate my fresh water hose to a clean, neat solution.  These Glendenning electric (12V) hose reels are the same units as they use on the high end $1M coaches.  Free clutch allows for a pull off real through the deck plate to the desired length and a power retraction back in.  The basement door can be closed and locked. This is a 35ft unit, they come in 50ft also.  The wet bay was tight with no room but the bay next door made for a nice solution.  I have also installed a 20" X 60" MOR/ryde slide out tray (Tool boxes) to finish off the installation. Not counting labor (I'm free) all in was under $500 for the hose upgrade.  What do you think?

Neat looking job, thinking of doing something like that as well. I just hate messing with that hose that won’t coil up😩 I’ve seen some hose reels that are spring rewind, anybody try any of these??
